DeCamp Trucking wants you to feel very comfortable and secure while doing business with us and to that end we are committed to protecting your privacy.  This privacy policy statement discloses our practices for the gathering and use of information for our website as well as our other support services. 

By using this site, you signify your agreement to the privacy polices described herein.  If you do not agree with our privacy policies, please do not use our site. If we make any significant changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement on our home page. Please see the end of this statement for the last date our policy was revised.

If you request information about our services we will require direct contact information such as your name, mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address, business license number, and/or account number, if applicable. We also ask for information related to your need for our services such as the type(s) of material of which you intend to dispose, how long you expect to use the container(s), etc., in order to better serve you.  Any and all uses of your personal information will comply with applicable law.

Your personal information may be used in several ways:

• To enable us to respond to you or to process and verify sales and service requests and to perform the sales and services requested by you.
• To allow us to invoice you and to contact you regarding changes to your service request.
• If you order services requiring payment of a fee, and you pay those fees with a credit card, we will transmit your credit card data for processing. If we encounter a problem with payment, we may review the order information with you and our bank to resolve it. We do not otherwise disclose your credit card information.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third party marketing companies. 

We will not share your personal information with anyone without your consent except under a limited number of conditions, including: 

• When legally ordered to do so by a lawful subpoena or court order

An important part of DeCamp Trucking commitment to protecting the security of your personal information is our use of a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.  However, due to the inherent insecurity of the Internet, no security measures should be considered 100% effective in all situations.  In the unlikely event that a security breach occurs, we will notify the affected parties by email, fax, or via US Mail in a timely manner as prescribed by applicable law or as directed by law enforcement.

Our website is not intended for use by children under 13 nor do we collect information from children under 13 years of age.  Children under 13 may only use this site under the direct supervision of their parents or legal guardian.

The DeCamp Trucking website may use "cookies" to enable you to sign in to our services and to help personalize your online experience. A cookie is a small data file that is placed on your hard disk when you visit a website. Cookies contain information that can later be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer.  A cookie cannot read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites.

General Notices:

$25.00 Returned Check Fee

Any computer, hard drive, CD, DVD, thumb drive, tape, cassette, VHS tape or other media storage device should never be considered safe unless you have received a Certificate of Destruction from DeCamp Trucking.  Otherwise, DeCamp Trucking is not responsible for any information that is left on the aforementioned devices.

DeCamp Trucking will make every effort to recycle materials.  However, from time to time it may be necessary to place recyclables in with MSW.  It is the opinion of DeCamp Trucking that it is neither cost effective nor environmentally beneficial to use time, fuel and energy to return to pick up Recyclables only.  Should you choose to have us leave your recyclables curbside if we are unable to pick them up, please contact us so we make a note on your account.  

Any item(s) left within 3 feet of the trash toter are considered waste and may be disposed of.  If you do not want something disposed of, make sure it is not within 3 feet of the trash toter.

Demolition customers are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits unless otherwise stated.  Furthermore, the customer is responsible for any and all fees incurred due to the discovery or any and all hazardous materials.  

Containers filled with snow, ice or water may be refused.  Please make every effort to have your container lids on.  

Containers must be accessible for pickup during inclement weather.  Driveways and walks that are not safely passable (at the discretion of the driver) will result in no pickup for that week.
